Four Phases of Care

At Satnick Chiropractic we believe in treating patients by following four phases of care. Each phase lasts for about four weeks and is focused on us obtaining the optimum results for our patients.

Phase 1: Relief Care

  • Reduce pain

  • Reduce tissue inflammation

Recommendations

  • Ice for 10-15 minutes every two hours
  • Drink 6-8 glasses of water a day to flush toxins

Phase 2: Correction
